UK - Items in stock can be shipped and packaged to the UK within 2-3 working days. Items not in stock take 1-2 weeks and made-to-order commissions 4-6 weeks. All items are sent via Royal Mail registered and insured with a signature required on delivery.
EU and Europe - Parcels can take up to 7 working days send by Royal Mail airsure.
International - Parcels can take up 7- 10 working days send by Royal Mail airsure.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase but in the event that you would like to change your mind, all standard stock items returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for a refund. After this, items returned within 30 days unworn and in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for a credit note towards another item. In all instances, the purchaser will be responsible for any return postage fees unless the item was sent in error or was faulty.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings are unfortunately non-returnable.
All bespoke commissions, made to order items and jewellery altered specifically to a customer’s request are also non-refundable.
